Worldwide Technology Federation Inc. (WTF) is our umbrella company that houses multiple science disciplines in both technology and chemistry. WTF’s core foundational science is our Nano-Ceramic/Graphene chemistry. It is the common denominator life blood that runs thru the veins of nearly all of our other scientific disciplines. All of which either absolutely require, or tremendously benefit, from our core Nano-ceramic/Graphene chemistry called Nanoceraphene or NCP. This completely unique formulation combines the purest true nano sized military grade ceramic with graphene – the strongest known material ever discovered with a tensile strength of 130 gigapascals. This proven pinnacle of American made chemistry virtually has no limits to what materials and substrates it can improve and protect. Unlike any other coatings, NCP increases aesthetics for the longest duration and the highest visual appeal. More importantly, it protects nearly every medium from: abrasion, corrosion, erosion, oxidation, fire, heat, ice, water, oil, UV degradation, microbes/pathogens and staining. Some of the material substrates NCP protects and aesthetically enhances are: all elemental metals and alloys, all paint, all composites, all glass, textiles, upholstery, cloth, carpet, vinyl, leather, rubber, plastic, acrylic, stone, tile, wood, gelcoat, and grout. NCP “Makes Everything Better” so the uses are endless as well. Just as important is our ability to create specialized NCP “micro-formulations” without hesitation. Our extensive line of “micro-formulations” are each engineered for specific purposes, performance level, environments, substrate mediums and aesthetic options. This engineering makes it possible for us to solve very specific problems quickly for all branches of the military and industries in aerospace, agriculture, dental, restaurant, marine, airplane, HVAC, cookware, construction, electronics, automotive, furniture, solar panel, fishing, plus many new green technologies to name a few.
Having often to answer to “a higher authority” like the government and branches of the military, we see it as also mandatory and part of our normal procedure to supply you, the civilian market, with the same clearly defined, detailed parameters of proven effectiveness. These include real independent third-party lab test results, ASTM testing, EPA, FDA, NSF-51 certifications as well as our exclusive real world, real time, luminometer testing, blacklight tracer chemistry, and photo/video test documentation.
This is the only way you can make an accurate comparison and a truly informed decision quickly without getting mired in generic fluff. You have probably never heard of our companies because we previously chose to prioritize our business-to-business (B2B) sales platform exclusively. This would allow other businesses to “white label” (put their name on our product for resale). We still work with this business model. However, now we are providing direct sales from the “WTF” website for hundreds of other chemistries and technologies. There are a few specific products that are not available for direct sale from us because they are contractually licensed for exclusive sale by other companies.
Our NCP chemistry line of products is “inorganic” chemistry (not carbon based) and derived from SiO2 Silicon. This is the main element in silica sand and what glass is made of, which is permanently resistant to UV degradation.
Resins, polymers and other ceramic coatings rely on a “physical” bond type, also called “mechanical bond”. Conversely, our NCP chemistry creates “covalent bonds” which are 150x stronger than mechanical and physical bonds. In fact, our covalent bonds actually share electrons between coating and substrate atoms and hybridize with the surface medium. This covalent bond is further enhanced from our use of “Nano” sized molecules which can be 10,000 times smaller than the molecular chemistry of the surface medium. This makes it possible for penetration of our coating INTO the substrate and not just ONTO the substrate. That means our coatings are actually “substrate infusers”, not just coatings on the surface and therefore cannot be separated or lifted off the substrate from extreme abrasion or corrosion, which is one way that other coatings eventually fail.
This enables our chemistry to not crack, peel or flake off over time. Also, our solvent-based pure NCP coatings are liquid glass with an 8H-9H hardness (diamond is 10) so it can resist physical abrasion, chemical corrosion and direct flame exposure of 1200°F without ignition or aesthetic damage.
Other companies promote themselves as clean and green. Our NCP chemistry is so much more than just “green”. Our chemistries are actually FDA food grade compliant, meaning anything we coat can actually go inside the human body because it is chemically “inert”. This means it does not have any chemical “leaching” which is where chemicals or elements escape from the coating’s binders and interact or get absorbed into your body, etc. This allows us to safely coat dental and medical devices like braces, catheters and stents, etc. Furthermore, our NCP antimicrobial products called “MY GUARD”, completely prevents viruses, bacteria and all microbes from attaching and contaminating the surface of any substrate we coat. This is possible because our chemistry completely seals the nano and micro-pores of the substrate thus protecting the treated surface from these pathogens.
We currently have two separate independent third-party lab tests showing these results, as well as reducing the Corona Virus 99.995% in 30 seconds and 99.998% in 10 minutes, much faster than ANY antimicrobial coating currently on the market throughout the world. Just as important, our chemistry allows us to be the only antimicrobial coating with real long-term residual protection. Depending on the product used, just one application can last from 1 month to 5 years or more! Additional benefits include stopping rust, oxidation, fading, staining, fire spread and ignition, and the treated surface also becomes anti-graffiti and nearly self-cleaning.
Given that climate change is now creating extremes in the weather, our coatings are needed more than ever. Extremes in cold temperatures and snow caused solar panels and wind turbines to stop working due to ice and snow accumulation. Our coatings can prevent that from ever happening again because ice and snow cannot stick or attach to our ceramic coatings. We have proven that on solar panels in snowy conditions in South Dakota, Minnesota, Toronto and on cars and trucks, as well as independent lab test data that suggest de-icing capability for airplanes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The majority of you reading this have at least heard of ceramic and or graphene OTC products or have had car detailers apply ceramics on your car etc. These WTF Ceramic/graphene are not those generic common grade products you may or may not have some experience with. Even though we categorized some of our formulations as DIY, they require you to learn and know the very important do’s and don’t’s to create awesome results. All products will have either written directions and or TDS (technical data sheets) and or tutorial videos linked to YOUTube. These are the top 5 things to understand when deciding to go with military grade DIY products.
- Unlike other ceramic/graphene products bought OTC, WTF formulations are either concentrated and or have coverage rates that are up to 10X (<4,000>sqft) that of OTC coverage rates (<400> sqft) on average.
- The WTF military grade chemistries will first seem to cost more per familiar sizes like 8-16oz and pints, quarts and gallons. However, the cost per sqft is either the same or much les because of the coverage rate basically making one quart of our chemistry equally 2-10 quarts of OTC products. So know your coverage rate for each product.
- Always read SDS and TDS and “HOW TO APPLY” directions before buying and applying. The coverage rate information alone will let you know you only need a quart to cover 1000 sqft instead of 2-10 gallons of OTC products.
- The other hidden savings is that you will no longer need to buy or use all of the common cleaners, waxes, protectants, degreasers, or polishes. In fact, you MUST NOT USE those OTC products any longer with or on the WTF products. Those products are toxic, abrasive, chemically corrosive and truly antiquated and obsolete old technology that can lesson the performance or even cause visible damage of the WTF ceramic/graphene coatings. Plus OTC products need to be used over and over causing damage and wear to your surfaces and making you keep waisting hours everyday that could be spent enjoying life. Remember that one of the best benefits of our ceramic/graphene chemistries is that they have true “residual protection” meaning they keep working days, months and years from just one application which makes whatever you use them on nearly self cleaning so you don’t have to keep wasting your valuable time and money.
- You MUST ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT FIRST on small inconspicuous are to practice your technique and know the aesthetic possibilities on that particular surface medium. There are endless types of plastics and paints so some slight variation might occur because it is impossible to have tested all of them, however our guidelines of what you should and should not coat with each particular product is fairly accurate even for beginners.
- ALWAYS clean and prep all surfaces first with only our “A NEW DAWN” soap and or“Universal Restore” when coating any hard surface for the first time. This is necessary because any left behind residue from your past cleaners, waxes, polishes etc could prevent ceramic chemistry from properly bonding. Plus before you chemically lock down the best and ideal surface aesthetic, you will want it to look like new or better without stains, smudges and dullness. “Universal Restore” will do that then clean away the Universal Restore with A NEW DAWN soap and water then let thoroughly dry for several hours. Remember it may feel dry but water molecules are still present in micropores. The sun or a blow dryer can speed the drying process. Which brings us to ..
- Always apply product on dry and not hot surfaces unless otherwise directed. Surface must stay untouched for at least 30 min and no rubbing or water should be on chemistry until its initial cure time is achieved which will be found on the TDS and other application instruction. Its just common sense to follow the instructions for best results but few of us actually do it. The little extra attention to detail in the beginning will pay off big for you after that first application when you now can direct your attention to living a fun life without constant cleaning and maintenance plus having your home, car or boat looking better then it every has. Thats when you will say “WTF-I wish I had done this sooner.”
