An NCP coating formulation to covalently bond to all paint types used on artwork and murals for both interior and exterior locations. This coating greatly enhances and strengthens paints ability to resist UV fading and degradation, physical abrasion, heat and fire resistance (1500F) and will not let graffiti (spray paint/permanent marker) bond to surface so it then can be easily removed with simple soap and water washing.
